Chapter 3: The owl of wisdom (part 4)

“All people are full.” said Finn loudly from the stair. Heracles, Gwen and Amelinda stopped their conversation, looked at him who was standing right at the place he used to stand before, “It’s time for sleep. Please follow your leaders.” he added, always with very few words. Finn and some of his fellows who Heracles thought that they were also the professors made the way left. There had only four of them still stood. They are two women and two men; one of the women was Professor Genevieve who had introduced that she was leader of Athenena family. They four kept staying there talking while mermaids appeared and brought all things away. Later, some people appeared, went to them then they scattered heading to the four tables. The person who walked toward Zeusia family’s table was a young tall man with black hair stroked backwards; he wore in black wide shoulder-cloak with fur on the collar. Honestly, he looked very handsome, strong and a little proud, going with him a black short hair boy.
“Welcome to join with us first year.” said the young man in normal voice but everyone there could hear him. “I am Oswald the leader of Zeusia family and he Leonard. He is you family president. He will help you all get acquainted with this place from now. I expect a lot from you first you. Try your best, we will meet again.”
Then Oswald strode of, joined with other professors leaving them to stay with their family presidents.
“Hi everyone, I am Leonard,” said Leonard, “As like Professor Oswald said I am your family president who will manage you all as you are in Hippocoon. There have some rules for members of all families and no one is expected to break them. I will tell you a little on the way I lead you to our family’s dormitory. Please follow me. It’s quite late now. Keep after me not to be left behind. You will not know where you are in this place.”
Leonard walked ahead to the right of the hall there had a wide staircase leading to the next floor. The first-year Zeusias followed him and met Herathyias who went in the same direction with them.
“Oh Leonard, you are still the Zeusias’s president. Thought that you are replaced.” laughed a tufted blonde hair girl who looked tall and agile. She was Herathyias’s president.
“I still do it well Matilda.” replied Leonard kept going up. Zeusias and Herathyias separated going to the opposite directions. “There had four dormitories for four families.” said Leonard, “Our dormitory is placed in the East while Herathyia is in the west, Athenena in the north and Aresian in the south. You can visit to other family dormitories but are not allowed to stay at the places in night. All argument and provocations are forbidden as you are there. Going out of your dorms after midnight is forbidden. Using magic in rooms is forbidden. Fighting in your room is also forbidden and many other rules which are presented on boards at the family room where you are recommended to come at weekend or night. You also can community room used for all members from four families if you want. It is placed in central area, wider and more convenience than family rooms. We have our own library and also have community library.”; “Schedule and new notifications will be updated on a board hanging front of your dormitory. Please pay attention on it before you leave. And the last thing, I want all you to remember that red-armband team is always after you. They are members from four families. Therefore, there has no favoritism if you break any of rules.”
“Leonard,” squealed Amelinda. She caught up to him, “Can I and others have a map of this castle?”
“Yes, you all can have a copy of this castle’s map if you require.” said Leonard, “It’s uncompleted but enough for you. I will find the way and give it to you tomorrow.”
“Very thank to you Leonard.” said Amelinda then made the way back to Heracles and Gwen. They kept going for quarter of hour, crossed few stairs and lobbies that Heracles couldn’t manage to remember all of them. Later, they arrived to a long bridge leading to a nice building. They left the castle going on the bridge to go to the building, their family dormitory. It’s an eight-floor building and the bridge connected to its third floor. The first floor of the building was places the eldest, the sixth year stayed. The next floors belonged to the fifth, the forth, the third and the second while the first year had to stay at sixth floor. Upper it was the highest floor where their library was placed while the ground floor was the family room. Leonard told that the first year always was reserved for the highest floor and nearer library than others; they would have advantage to go and study in library than others. On other side, Heracles thought that newbies would get more difficult if they want to go out from their dormitory because they had to pass all elders; they also needed more time and effort to step cross the stairs. Of course, Heracles didn’t say his thought.
It made Heracles and others feel really tired as they had to step to the sixth floor after great meal. They continued being led along a lobby before Heracles, Gwen and some boys were arranged to stay in a room while Amelinda and others were still brought to other rooms. Heracles felt tired. He pushed his baggage under a bed then threw himself on it. Gwen also managed to have a bed right next to him.
“Good night Gwen.” said Heracles. He felt in sleep right after that.
“A girl died, two are missing.” a voice echoed inside Heracles’s ears. Heracles tried to see who was talking but he couldn’t the face of the person turned unclear then disappeared. Then a golden light spread out, make him dazzle. A woman wearing in white chiton was hovering in the air. She seemed to lose consciousness but her mouth still muttered something: “One comes from place not here, destroy things here. One half-god blood, will end it.” Then the light disappeared, Heracles was covered by darkness. There had nothing but a pair of bloodthirsty eyes glaring at him then a long scary roar resounded. From Heracles’s forehead and back sweat poured out.
“Heracles, Heracles,” the voice of Gwen, “What happen to you?”
Gwen shook Heracles and he woke up. “Thank god, you are here Gwen.” said Heracles, “I just had a nightmare.”; “What time is it Gwen?”
“The sun chariot has come to the ninth standing stone Heracles.” said Gwen.
“Why don’t you call me? Don’t we have any lesson today?” said Heracles.
“We don’t Heracles. Leonard has come and notified early morning.  Therefore, I don’t want to weak you up.” said Gwen.
“God,” lamented Heracles.
“So, did you meet Amelinda?” added Heracles.
“Yes, I did. She now is in family library.” said Gwen.
