Hippocoon land

“Don’t you mind helping me bring baskets of orange to the front of our house Heracles, Gwen? We will come to there soon after finish whole the things?” Lily spoke up from the sink. “Of course, we don’t mind. Wait for you in front of house.” said Heracles. He and Gwen stood up at one, walked toward the kitchen’s corner where the baskets of orange were placed. Each of them grabbed two baskets then went out. Pushed open the door, Heracles and Gwen walked out. The sky the time was clear with few white clouds upon their heads. Sunlight was not too hot because of wind. Heracles, Gwen made their way heading to a tree standing few steps from the house; it stood alone there. They came. Heracles laid orange baskets aside. He sat down on grass then leant his back against the tree. Gwen also put the baskets on grass then sat by Heracles. “What did you dream Heracles?” said Gwen. He turned to his friend and looked at him with curious eyes.  “Nemea lion I saw it in my dream.” said Heracles shortly.

“It’s been a long time, right child?” a deep low voice behind Heracles. Heracles immediately turned back because he realized the voice; it belonged to the Nemea lion. “Why can you here? You died.” screamed Heracles. Surprise appeared on his face. He stepped backward. “You’re right, child. I died.” said the Nemea lion, its voice cold as like it came from a very deep place, “ I am not able to harm you little. You don’t need to fear. Keep your calm and look where you are.” “Where I am now? What do you mean?” squealed Heracles. “Don’t ask me. Use your eyes.” said the Nemea lion. Still wary Heracles kept looking on the Nemea lion for a while. But, the Nemea lion seemed not to intend to attack him. It lazily lied on ground few steps from him. Honestly, Heracles was not sure that he and it were on ground. There was a wide and strange place and not having the beginning and the ending. Then they all walked heading to the wooden beautiful house standing at the edge. The door closed silently at the time they came back. Lily walked ahead then opened it. They all walked in.   “Do you come back - Lily?” the voice of aunt Calliope spreading out from the kitchen. “Yes, we’re back. What are you doing mother?” replied Lily. “I’m preparing for our lunch. Come and give me a hand.” said Aunt Calliope. “I am coming mom.” said Lily. Then she turned to the others. “Go with me Amelinda. Help mom prepare the lunch.” said Lily gently with a nice smile. “I like it.” said Amelinda quickly. “Heracles and Gwen,” added Lily, “Please help me to bring the oranges to kitchen, put them there. Heracles, Gwen, Amelinda had woken up and were having breakfast with Lily and aunt Calliope. “I will go to pick some oranges after breakfast. Do any of you want to go with me?” said Lily, looking on Heracles, Gwen and Amelinda. “Yes, we will. All of us will go with you.” Amelinda said quickly. “It’s great to hear you say that. We will go after our breakfast washing everything.” said Lily excitedly. “Right--” The breakfast finished after minutes. Amelinda kept staying helping Aunt Calliope and Lily clean while Heracles and Gwen went out first and waited her and Lily in front of the house. Later, Amelinda and Lily appeared and give Heracles and Gwen each a basket they they walked in the orange garden.  “Only you and your mother but you have a wide garden of orange here. How can you eat all of the oranges?” said Amelinda curiously. She was right beside Lily. “Not only us living here. There still have other people but they don’t live with us.” said Lily. “Other people--” squealed Amelinda,

“You mean that you are also taught using magic.” said Amelinda. Both she and Heracles frowned staring at her waiting for the answer. They always believed that Hippocoon land was only one place where chosen people were taught magic but Lily’s saying made them think differently. “Oh no, I am not.” said Lily at one, “I only hear them from others.” Amelinda’s and Heracles’s faces relaxed at one. “There also have different worlds outside.” said Amelinda in deep voice, “Among normal people there a special people. They live in two worlds, the world for normal people and the world for chosen people, the hidden world or the magical world. I, Heracles and Gwen are the people who live in both the worlds. We act and live as like the others as we live in normal world but when we came to the magic world which we call Hippocoon land we was taught to use and control magic. Of course, all the things are only allowed inside Hippocoon land; it also means to do magic outside is illegal.” “Illegal.” repeat

“No, thank you - Lily.” said Amelinda, “I think I should eat something hot first. I still feel sleepy and need to wake up.” “Porridge - it’s hot.” said Lily. “Yes, I think I will have some of it first.” said Amelinda. She stood up at one, reached on the big spoon in the porridge pot and then helped her to have a little. “How about you, Heracles and Gwen? Do you want to have some honey and bread?” said Lily.  “May I?” Gwen replied. He turned to Lily, to Aunt Calliope then turned back to the attractive lamp. Lily seemed to understand him. She smiled. “Yes, of course. Do it yourself.” she said. Aunt Calliope also smiled warmly she bowed her head. Gwen ginned. He immediately reached out, took on the plate of lamb then pulled it back to him. He grabbed on the knife put with the lamb and started cut it in pieces. Gwen did it well seconds later the big lamp was cut into good – looking pieces. He smiled satisfying with what he did. Then he picked some pieces of lamb with some potatoes and plan

“Heracles – Gwen – Amelinda -” gentle voice of Lily coming into Heracles’s ears. He woke up, opened his eyes and saw Lily had been standing by the bed’s head, lowering her body looking on them.  “Hi Lily.” he said. “Dinner is ready. I and my mother will wait for you, Amelinda and Gwen in kitchen.” she said then crept out.  Heracles sat up, looked to the side. Amelinda and Gwen were there, still in deep sleep. He reached on Gwen who was near him most, gently shook him. “Gwen.” he called, “It’s time for dinner.” Gwen’s moved his body. He woke up. “Heracles – when did you wake?” asked Gwen.  “Just a minute ago.” replied Heracles. Gwen took a long yawn, rubbed on eyes then sat up. “I feel really tired. Think I have to sleep more.” he lamented. “It’s time for dinner Gwen. Lily’s just here to call us. We should hurry up! She and her mother are waiting for us.” said Heracles. “She did come here?” squealed Gwen.  “Yes, she did.” Heracles answered. “How long do we sleep?” he asked “I’m not sure

“Oh that is. Very poor of you. How long are here? Where do you stay in the days? Her voice got a bit mercy, “I’m really sorry. I have thought you were thieves as I saw you picked oranges. I didn’t know what you have passed, not know you were too hungry and thirsty.
