“Don’t you mind helping me bring baskets of orange to the front of our house Heracles, Gwen? We will come to there soon after finish whole the things?” Lily spoke up from the sink.
“Of course, we don’t mind. Wait for you in front of house.” said Heracles. He and Gwen stood up at one, walked toward the kitchen’s corner where the baskets of orange were placed. Each of them grabbed two baskets then went out. Pushed open the door, Heracles and Gwen walked out. The sky the time was clear with few white clouds upon their heads. Sunlight was not too hot because of wind. Heracles, Gwen made their way heading to a tree standing few steps from the house; it stood alone there. They came. Heracles laid orange baskets aside. He sat down on grass then leant his back against the tree. Gwen also put the baskets on grass then sat by Heracles.
“What did you dream Heracles?” said Gwen. He turned to his friend and looked at him with curious eyes.
“Nemea lion I saw it in my dream.” said Heracles shortly.
“Are you serious that you dreamed about the Nemea lion? How could it be? What did you dream about it?” said Gwen impatiently, opened his eyes widely looking at Heracles.
“I don’t know how to explain to you – Gwen.” said Heracles slowly, “But, the Nemean I met is not really one part of my dream.”
“What do you mean Heracles? I really don’t understand you. You said that you dream then you said your dream is not part of your dream. I don’t understand.” squealed Gwen.
“Yes, I know Gwen. I know that you will be very difficult to understand. I’m also like you having thousands of questions needing to answer. I did dream about the Nemea lion Gwen but it told and I also realized that it was not one part of my dream. It told that it’s only a part of soul. Why a part of soul in my dream? It tried to ask it but as it didn’t answer me. It’s too lazy, didn’t talk muck and just lied still there.” said Heracles
“Just lying. It’s not normal. If it was the Nemea lion I know it would not have ignored you. It would attack you at one.” said Gwen assertively.
“Yes, I also thought like you that it will attack me but it didn’t. It may be that it is only a part of soul. It can harm me so it don’t attack me. However, I admitted I was still scared when I saw it.” said Heracles.
“I can understand your fear Heracles. Both I and you were almost killed by it. That’s not strange if you felt frightened.” said Gwen, “Anyway, did it tell you anything? I’m sure that it had to tell you something.”
“Yes, it did.” said Heracles, “At last, before it sank into dark, it said that we would meet again.”
“Meet again- for what? Does it want to say you something more? Why it didn’t say you at moment? Why does it have to wait till the next time?” said Gwen.
“Dunno.” said Heracles, shrugged “Think we have to wait till I meet it again.”
“Of course, we must.” said Gwen thoughtfully.
“Heracles, Gwen – come here!” squealed Amelinda, waving her hand hinting them to come.
They stopped talking, grabbed on the baskets then stood up, made their way follow Lily and Amelinda. They went to the back of the house. It’s a stable there behind the house and inside it was a nice deer Heracles could see big long horns on the deer’s forehead. He pushed opened the door. She walked in the stable and then led the deer out. It’s really nice deer whole body was covered by long smooth white fur and made the deer divine.
“This is White, our handsome deer. He will help us go to the village.” said Lily, caressed on White’s back. On other hand, White closed his eyes enjoying.
“Your deer is really beautiful.” praised Amelinda.
“Oh, White is not only a deer. He is a friend. He was smart, gentle and very kind. He is considered as like one member of my family” said Lily. She stopped caressing White, managed to bound White with a wooden cart.
“Is it okay if I touch on him.” said Amelinda excitedly.
“Yes, it is okay. He like it.” replied Lily.
Amelinda stepped ahead slowly approaching White. Her eyes still kept looking on White’s eyes. Amelinda stopped at front of White. Hesitatingly she raised her hand reaching to White’s forehead. As Amelinda nearly touched on, White suddenly snorted. Amelinda immediately pulled her hand back but right after that White lowered his head. Amelinda hesitate a little then reached to White again. That time White stood still letting Amelinda touched on him in peace. When she was caressing White, Heracles and Gwen walked toward.
“You see it. He is so kind.” said Amelinda. She turned to the Heracles and Gwen, giggling while her hand was still on White’s forehead caressing.
“I see Amelinda. Let me touch on it a little.” said Heracles.
“Alright!” said Amelinda, took her hand out. As soon as Amelinda pulled her hand back, White raised his head up looking on them by his enormous eyes. Heracles’s hand stopped. He observed but White still stood there, not moving a little. Therefore, Heracles tried to reach him again. White let him touch. When Heracles touched on his fur, he had a feeling touching on cotton very cool and soft. Heracles rubbed. While closed his eyes enjoying.
“Hey Heracles - Let me touch on him a little.” squealed Gwen, moved ahead.
“Yeah – you can touch him.” said Heracles, released his hand out of White’s head. He stepped backward. Gwen walked ahead with confidence. He reached out. Suddenly, White snorted, raised his head up, looked down staring at Gwen.
“What happen to him?” said Gwen confusedly, turning to Heracles.
“I don’t know.” said Heracles, shrugged.
“It’s because he don’t like you Gwen.” the voice of Lily. She had bounded White to the cart.
“What?” screamed Gwen; “It’s not fair. He doesn’t like me while he like Heracles and Amelinda. How can it happen? Does there have any difference between us?” he lamented.
“You don’t need to be impatient like that. You will become close to him soon. At that time, he will let you touch on him as much as you want.” said Lily in sweet voice.
Gwen didn’t answer. His face cramped. He still stood at front of White.
“Go on – We have to go.” said Lily.
“Amelinda sit by me.” she added.
“Yeah-” Amelinda replied then made her way to sit on front seat next to LiLy. Heracles on other side go to the cart, put his baskets on then climb up. He sat down.
“Hurry up Gwen! We have to go.” Lily spoke up.
“I’m coming.” said Gwen. He took his eyes off While’s eyes then made his way to the cart. Pushed his baskets inside, Gwen climbed up then plopped down by his friend Heracles.
“Are you ready?” said LiLy loudly.
“Yes, we are.” said Heracles.
“So we go White.” said Lily.
White made a long snorted then he stepped. Their cart slowly rolled moving away the house. They quickly got in a path which crossed along a wide pasture. Many winds here they were like children liking to play blowing cross the pasture, swirling around grasses or flying up the sky. Many winds crossed Heracles and Gwen they bought soothing smell of grasses to them. It’s really comfortable. Heracles laid his back on the cart enjoying that peace feeling.
“I like this smell. It reminds me of my family’s rose garden.” said Heracles.
“I prefer those cool winds than that smell.” said Gwen, lying next Heracles.
“How much time do we need to go there Lily?” Gwen spoke up.
“It’s about half an hour.” answered Lily.
“Oh it’s quite a long time – enough for us to take a rest Heracles.” said Gwen.
Quiet peaceful at moment, Heracles put his head on his arm, kept his eyes open looking to white clouds moving cross his face on the sky.
“I like this peace. It’s long time I don’t have the feeling.” said Heracles. There had a little sadness in his voice.
“Yeah-” said Gwen. He didn’t talk much after that. He was sleepy. All things turned silent when they didn’t talk more.
While still stepped. The cart continued rolling. Heracles, Gwen lied on the cart. The winds still blew, brought smell of grasses to everywhere.
