“The girl who came from outside.” said Elder D.
“There is no such person here.” Squealed Aunt Calliope.
“The girl you called Amanda.” said Elder shortly, still with his cold voice.
“There must be some mistake here. She is not from the outside. She is my child.” Aunt Calliope squealed.
“Dare you doubt Lord’s decision.” frieghtened Elder D, not heard her explained. The face of Aunt Calliope froze at one. “No, I don’t.” said Aunt Calliope weakly.
“Take her to here. I don’t have much time.” ordered Elder D.
“Give me a minute.” Aunt Calliope replied. She turned her way walked inside. She passed Heracles’s and Gwen’s room before reached to Amelinda’s and Lily’s. Her footsteps were clear in the still night and made Heracles wake up. Open the door, Aunt Calliope walked in. Amelinda and Lily were sleeping. Aunt Calliope managed to the bed’s edge. She sat down, gently touched on Amelinda.
“Wake up Amanda.” she called, shaking her softly.
Amelinda got up. She opened eyes looking at Aunt Calliope by those nice eyes. “I need you to go with me.” said Aunt Calliope softy. Amelinda said nothing she sat up then she and Aunt Calliope left the bed, silently walked. As soon as they reached on the door, the voice of Lily came out.
“Where do you and Amanda go, mom? Don’t you sleep?” she said.
“Lord wants Amanda to meet him. I will go with her. I may take us few days.” Aunt Calliope replied.
“Lord,” squealed Lily. She sat up at one. “Why does he want to meet Amanda?” she added, promptly left the bed moving to them.
“I don’t know.” Aunt Calliope said, kept walking. They turned back the living room. Elder D and his guards were still in front of their house. They waited there not coming in.
The noises outside made Heracles turn curious. Therefore, he decided to leave the bed and find out what was going on. Step on tip of toes, he crept forward the door then opened it. He walked out, followed the wall silently head to the living room. The dark hid him inside. Heracles stood at a corner watching them from behind.
“This is Amanda.” Elder D spoke up, glaring at Amelinda.
“Yes, she is,” said Aunt Calliope.
“Take her go.” said Elder D, turning to his guards. The guards obeyed, immediately approached Amelinda, used their rough hands grabbing on her thin arms.
“Don’t touch on her. I and she will go with you.” Aunt Calliope spoke up.
The guards stood still turning to Elder D waiting for his order.
“Let them go by themselves.” said Elder D coldly. The guards released Amelinda’s arms then turned back to Elder D.
“We go.” Elder D spoke up. He made his way leave. The guards were right after him.
“Don’t worry. I will be okay. I’m by you.” said Aunt Calliope, looking on Amelinda cuddly. Amelinda slightly bowed head then they walked after Elder D and his guards.
“Let’s me go with you.” Lily squealed.
“No, you can not go. You have to stay home and take care of the boy.” Aunt Calliope turned back she said by stern voice.
“Yes, mom.” said Lily gloomy.
She stood still at looking the others go away. From corner Heracles quietly left. He turned back his room, slightly got in. He closed the door then found the way to go to his place in bed next to Gwen who was still sleeping. Lily on other hand stayed in front door minutes before she closed the door, walked back her room and kept staying there till morning.
Lily woke up in early morning. Aunt Calliope and Amelinda still didn’t come back. So she prepared the breakfast then kept staying in kitchen and waited for others.
The sun had appeared with sunlight warming the house. Lily was sitting at the dinner table sinking in her deep thought, not mentioning to the appearance of Heracles and Gwen.
“What are you doing Lily?” Gwen spoke up.
Lily’s startled she was broken from her thought. Turning to them, she said “Oh Peres, Agassi, when did you wake up?”
“We just woke up. What are you thinking Lily? You look strange” asked Gwen again. He and Heracles kept walking to the table, pulling out chairs and sat on them.
“Nope, I don’t think anything.” said Lily.
“Where are mother and Amanda? Why I don’t see them?” Gwen spoke up again, looked around.
“They are not home.” said Lily, not paying much attention on Gwen.
“Where did they go? Why did they leave so early?” Gwen raised his voice and turned much impatient.
“No, they didn’t go in morning. They left last night.” said Lily gently.
“Last night. Why?” Gwen squealed, staring at Lily. He turned to Lily waiting. Heracles kept silent. He knew where they had gone but he chose not to speak.
“They came to Lord. He wants to meet them.” Lily said shortly.
“Oh, if Lord wants to meet, they can not refuse.” said Gwen quickly. The answer of Gwen made Heracles a bit surprised he didn’t think he would be easy to accept Lily’s answer like that.
“Yeah,” Lily replied.
“When will they come back? Don’t we need to wait them for the breakfast?” asked Gwen.
“No, we don’t. I think they will not get back in time.” said Lily gently.
“Let’s have breakfast. I feel really hungry now.” said Gwen quickly, glaring at food on table.
“Okay, right.” said Lily.
It took them half an hour for the dinner. After that, they cleaned up then made their way turn back rooms. All ripe oranges had been picked they didn’t need to turned back the field in few days. Gwen walked straight to the bed and threw himself on it at one. He wanted to spend time to sleep and rest after hard working days. Few minutes later, Heracles could hear he snored. He looked peaceful and carefree. Heracles on other hand turned more thoughtful. Though he kept staying by Gwen, he could not sleep. His mind seemed very messy. He tried to arrange everything.
Lily also turned to her room after breakfast. She didn’t feel sleepy and she also didn’t need to rest. She chose to stay at table by the window inside her room, kept staying there thinking something. Sometimes, she looked through window toward the village. Then suddenly, she stood up. She left her room and came to the living room. She opened the front door and walked out. She stopped under the eave and kept staying there in minutes. His eyes still looked toward the village. Entire the day, Lily went out and in the house dozen times.
However, Aunt Calliope and Amelinda didn’t turn back in the day.
