Chapter 11: The gate (part 6)

The dragon roared angrily. “You have to die. You and all guys you brought here have to die.” it cried. Three heads put together. The dragon’s stomach swelled up it took a large amount of air. The surrounding air heats up quickly Amelinda even saw firelight on its stomach. Three heads opened mouths widely. Fire came from throats. The dragon spat fire toward them. Amelinda shut her eyes at one. Right there she felt someone grabbed on her hand, pulled her back then hugged her and turned her halfway. Air hissed loudly, Amelinda could feel fire surrounded her but she wasn’t burnt. She opened her eyes and looked. Aunt Calliope was hugging her. Her back turned to the dragon, shielding her from the fire. She was as like a mother protecting her daughter. However, both of them were fine. An energy shield had appeared and was protecting them. “Aunt Calliope, we are okay.” she said. Aunt Calliope opened her eyes. She released hands from Amalinda’s body. “This is?” she said, looked into a chain which was floating in midair. “It’s the Aphrodite Tear chain. I’ve thought that it could save my life.” said Amelinda, staring in the chain which was emitting silver light and powering the protective shield. Fire hissed loudly, twisted around them. However, it couldn’t break pass the shield. Aunt Calliope and Amelinda were still in safe.

Heracles woke up after seconds. He didn't know how but when he was hit by the dragon's tail, the sword protected him right in front of his chest. That’s why he wasn't hurt. However, his body still ached unspeakably. Heracles staggered to his feet and at one saw the others being attacked. He didn’t think much. He grabbed on his sword neatly beside, rushed to there. He swung the sword high and slashed hard down on the dragon’s one neck. Great strength came from his arms. A head with a long neck slid down. Jingle sounded. The sword was also broken in half. The Hydra dragon’s blood flush pure black. The dragon staggered. Two remaining heads swung to everywhere frantically spat fireballs. Heracles was hit by one fireball, flew away few steps and sprawled on the ground. Invisible powders also lost effect. His body gradually revealed, surrounded by a set of gold suit. It’s the Nemea suit. The dragon still breathed fire. Amelinda turned to Aunt Calliope. “Help him, please.” she said.

“Take your scepter. We will help him together.” said Aunt Calliope. She held her stick by two hands, shut eyes up. A thin layer of light enveloped her body. Her lips moved.

“Gwen, hear me.” voice in Gwen’s ear. “Who?” Gwen turned around. He was lurking behind a pillar, looked on Heracles impatiently. He wanted to run out and save his friend at one but he couldn’t at least the time. “I’m Calliope.” the voice sounded up again, “I will hold the dragon. Let take Heracles to a safe place.”

“I will.” said Gwen.

The layer of light on Aunt Calliope’s body disappeared. She opened eyes, turned to Amelida. “Do as I am.” she said. Amelinda bowed her head. She held her scepter in hand. “I am Calliope, a white witch. I want to lend your powers and fight against the Hydra dragon, plants growth in this forest. DeMna amPelia.” she cried up, pointed her stick to the Hydra dragon. The ground rose and cracked. Giant convolves burst out from the ground, grew quickly and almost immediately wrapped on Hydra dragon and then tightened. It was pulled lying on the ground. Throats were tight and couldn’t breathe fire more. The Hydra dragon struggled. “Do it Gwen.” she screamed. From a pillar near the end of the hall Gwen burst out. Brought the shield on one hand shielding himself he rushed toward Heracles.

“It is an insult Calliope.” The Hydra dragon growled. It slowly stood up. Convolves couldn’t keep it more. Some were broken. “Do it Amelinda.” squealed Aunt Calliope.

Amelinda raised her scepter. “I am Amelinda, a white witch. I want to lend your powers and fight against the Hydra dragon - plants growth in this forest.” she said. A thin layer of green light covered on her body. “DeMna amPelia.” she spelled. A lot of convolves burst out from ground and coiled around the giant body of Hydra dragon and kept it neatly on ground. On other side, Gwen had come to Heracles and promptly pulled him passing big holes on ground coming to a pillar near that and hid behind it. “Heracles.” he called up, shook him. He didn’t answer. Gwen shook harder. “Heracles,” he called. Heracles coughed then opened eyes. “Thanks god!” Gwen exclaimed, “How do you feel, Heracles?”

“I’m still – alive.” said Heracles hardly, “But, it hurt like death.” He managed to sit up. His hand still hold the sword tightly. Gwen helped him, lent back on the pillar. “An-Ka-thiA,” the voice of Calliope came out. The convolve charged turning stronger and grew thorns. The thorns embedded through Hydra’s scales, flesh and also sunk deep into ground. “Heracles,” the voice of Amelinda, she rushed toward. “How are you?” she squealed, groping on his body.

“I’m still okay, Amelinda.” said Heracles.

“It’s so lucky you are not injured.” she said quickly.

“It is because of the sword and the suit. They has protected me.” Said Heracles calmly, “but the sword had broken in half.” he said slowly, looking on the sword.

“It’s okay. I've completed my mission.” Heracles heard the sound of the sword again. Then suddenly the sword in his hand shattered, into small pieces that fell on the ground. “Thank you.” Heracles heard the voice at last. Heracles kept slient looking pieces of the sword on ground for a long time. He seemed to the only person who heard the voice. He didn't know why but when he heard it he felt sorry and fell in his thought

“This is the Nemea suit?” asked Amelinda. It made him woke up.

“Yes, it is.” he replied.

“How did it appear?” she asked.

“I don’t know but it has saved my life.” said Heracles.

“It’s a wonderful suit, Heracles. You are indeed a lucky child.” said Aunt Calliope. “However, maybe we should talk about that later. I think you should leave this place now. Can you go by yourself?” she added.

“I think I can.” said Heracles. He managed to stand up.

“No one will leave here. You all will be here.” said a cold voice steps away from it.

“Mom,” voice of Lily.

They all turned and saw. It’s Lily. She was escorted by hooded-cloak men. Heracles could realize one of them, Elder D. The four people he had never seen but he could guess. They are the other elders. One of the elders scattered going toward the Hydra dragon. Others kept going to them. Lily broke from the elders, rushed toward them. “Are you okay, mom, Amamda? And why are you here, Peres and you Agassi?” she squealed.

“Call them Amelinda, Gwen and Heracles, Lily.” said Aunt Calliope. Lily froze a little, looked on her mother. “So you all are okay? They said that you had been against Lord and you would punished.” she said quickly.

“We are all fine, Lily.” said Aunt Calliope calmly.

“Unexpectedly you dare to do that to Lord? Catch all them. They all have to die.” roared the elder who was standing at Hydra dragon. The others immediately rounded them. Heracles and others immediately stood back to back.

Chapter 10: I am Heracles (part 7)

“Do you believe me?” said Heracles seriously glaring on his friend. Look into Heracles’s eyes, Gwen had never seen he is so serious. Still kept silent, he bowed his head. “Will you follow my words?” asked Heracles again. “Yes, I will. But, can you behave as usual, Agassi? You make me a little scared.” said Gwen. “Listen to me Gwen.” said Heracles, hurriedly left the bed coming to the clothes hanger, “You’re Gwen and I’m Heracles. They are our names. They don’t change though others call us by anything.” he stressed, his hand grabbed on his clothes and managed to put in it, “It’s very difficult for you to accept it now” he lowered his voice, “but we have been enchanted. That’s why you and even I can not remember ourselves. Now I can not help you to remember all the things right at one. I only can tell you little by little. However, it took us much time while we don’t have. Amelinda is in danger. We have to go to help her.” he turned back the bed giving Gwen his clothes. “Who is Ameninda?

Chapter 10: I am Heracles (part 2)

The last basket of orange was taken away. The men also vanished with the oranges. There were only children with Heracles, Gwen, Lily and Amelinda. They kept staying around the cart playing and talking. Lily and Gwen enjoyed participating with the children while Heracles and Amelinda seemed to be more silent.  “Agassi, come here and join with us.” called Gwen. “What do you want Peres?” Heracles said loudly. “Come here.” Gwen called again. Heracles left the cart, stepped toward Gwen. There some children were gathering around him. “What do you need Gwen?” Heracles asked. “We are playing a game. Don’t you want to join with us?” said Gwen. “What’s this?” asked Heracles. “Brother Agassi, don’t you see it?” said Gwen. He pointed to straight bamboos. Heracles looked. There had three high straight bamboos standing side by side. The bamboos were about two hundreds of yards away from their places. The middle bamboo was the highest. It’s about one hundred and fifty feet high Heracles guessed. The
